A cabinet door can drop or become misaligned. Reset it using the adjustment screws on the hinges. TIP There should be a gap of about 2mm between the doors and end panels and 3mm between top of the doors and the benchtop
●1 ADJUST THE HEIGHT
The base and top of the doors should be level. To adjust the height loosen the two screws holding the mounting plate on the cabinet, change the height of the mounting plate then tighten the screws.
●2 ADJUST THE ANGLE
If a door is crooked and the gaps at the side are uneven, adjust by moving it left or right, turning the centre screws.
TIP The movement adjusts the vertical gap. Aim for a gap about the same thickness as a 20 cent coin.
●3 ADJUST THE ALIGNMENT
If a door isn’t flush with the one next to it adjust the depth screw to move it in or out. Loosen the screw at the back of the hinge so the door can be pushed forward or back until the face is aligned.
